Full Time Hybrid Setup US Shift Account Management Project Management

Overview

Client Program Coordinators are tasked with the overall project management for marketing programs, including day-to-day task management, weekly progress check-ins, as-needed marketing activity reports, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project coordination, task management, and status monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality of marketing program delivery.
  • Active day-to-day management of various tech collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Gainsight, Reachdesk, Wistia, etc.
  • Create and lead weekly reviews and progress check-ins with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Support planning and allocation of resources towards strategic marketing program priorities and impact.
  • Facilitate communications between internal team members to resolve bottlenecks and drive forward momentum.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a project coordinator or in account/project management roles.
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with a high level of interest in learning new collaboration tech platforms, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting will be advantageous.
  • Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps.

Hybrid Position: Remote / Pasig, Metro Manila, PH

Mondays to Fridays

8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
