Well, simply put - company culture is what makes your employees stay. It’s the environment they work in, where they coincide with the beliefs and values of their colleagues and the company.
Sure, you got a job with a nice paycheck, but having a good place to work in doesn’t just revolve around that. It also involves your level of happiness and how you use your talent and skills to produce something of value to the world. Don’t you agree?
