For the second year running, StraightArrow has won HubSpot’s Happiest Customers Award, this time earning the distinction for the Asia Pacific region. This year, however, StraightArrow receives the award—bestowed unto HubSpot partners based on projections of customer success based on app usage metrics—as a HubSpot platinum partner.
In the words of HubSpot Director of Partnerships Patrick Shea, StraightArrow won on the strength of its “strategic approach to attracting, engaging, and delighting customers [which] has not only built valuable relationships with their audience, but has driven growth for their agency and the inbound movement.”
The award was conferred at Inbound 2016, a HubSpot-hosted conference for inbound marketing. In addition to the award (plaque featured below), our representatives also got the chance to learn from some of the leading practitioners of inbound marketing through official sessions. This is in contrast to previous years’ use of the CHI, which was a scoring system for the usage of various apps, which it adjusted based on 30-day trailing periods. According to HubSpot’s Al Biedrzycki, it was complicated, unclear, static and, in general, not in line with what inbound marketing strove to be.
Furthermore, in order to reflect the rapid growth of inbound marketing worldwide, HubSpot changed the award categories. Last year, there were only two categories: United States and International; this year, it was remodelled into a four category system, with separate awards for North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
