Last year, StraightArrow was able to dip its toes into the wonderful world of the HubSpot Inbound conference. This year, we're bringing more members of our team to share about inbound sales, inbound marketing strategies for content, social media and lead nurturing, and innovations in web development.
Head of Business Development Lila Shearsmith and Head of Process Engineering Czarina Año joined marketers and sales experts from all over the world to get insights that have since boosted our growth and our clients' growth. For Inbound 2015, they'll be joined by inbound marketing specialists Isabel Sanchez and myself, and HubSpot COS developer Jonathan Cua.
What is Inbound 2015?
Inbound 2015 is the 5th gathering of digital marketers, sales persons and Creatives from all over the world to celebrate and share insights on the revolutionary digital marketing methodology that seeks to attract, convert, close and delight customers. This year, the event will be held on September 8-11 at Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) in Boston, Massachusetts, promising to be bigger than ever.
Who will be there?
Headlining the roster of keynote speakers are researcher and storyteller Brene Brown, comedian Aziz Ansari, comedienne Amy Schumer and best-selling author Seth Godin. They - along with author Daniel Pink, HubSpot co-founders Darmesh Shah and Brian Halligan, and many more - will talk about the state of inbound marketing in 2015: What trends are we seeing today? Where are they headed and how can they work to meet our clients' goals?
What can you learn there?
They say "What happens in Boston changes the world" and at Inbound 2015, we can expect nothing less. Apart from industry reports, this conference will offer training sessions on the different aspects of inbound -- from sales to strategies to technologies. Our team aims to stay up-to-date by attending workshops on content marketing, social media, lead nurturing, email marketing, agency positioning and targeting and HubSpot COS design and development. Doing so will ensure that the Creative Process Outsourcing services we provide our clients will meet the latest marketing standards and benchmarks.
What else to do there?
As a treat to attendees, HubSpot has prepared INBOUND Rocks – a night of having fun and listening to great music. Each night, there's also Club INBOUND where we can join pub crawls to sample food and drinks from the city's best restaurants, get to know other marketers, sales persons and Creatives, and talk about possible collaborations in the future.
On free days, you can visit attractions near the BCEC and the city's seaport district. Designers can enjoy the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, the Harvard and MIT Museums in Cambridge, the Institute of Contemporary Art and Theater District. Boston boasts of some well-known landmarks of the American Revolution like the site of the Boston Tea Party, Faneuil Hall, Old North Church, USS Constitution, Bunker Hill Monument, and more. It is also home to sports stadiums like Fenway Park and other venues where the Celtics, the Bruins, the Patriots and Red Sox play.
