The Philippine workforce is highly skilled and competent. In March 2013, the country produced over 500,000 college graduates in the fields of IT, Arts and Science courses. In the coming years, the talent pool will be even more equipped for the IT-BPO sector with improved competencies in learning ability, critical thinking, and communication. Service culture and computer literacy are offered to undergraduate students as specialized training for an IT-BPO career.

Sure, the island scene is amazing in the Philippines. But when you work with the happiest bunch of hardworking, dedicated colleagues, every day at work is a beach!
